When Stephanie first contacted me we started talking about what she likes and hobbies. Well, she loves bright colors. Loves, her rainbow sandals, and laying out in the sun. Ah, the days of summer, sounds just like me senior year. No more laying out, but I remember laying by the pool, headphones in, and taking a cat nap for a couple hours.
Well, she definitely brought the bright colors to this shoot; vibrant greens, bright whites, and pops of salmon and turquoise jewelry. And just look at her eyes, just a gorgeous girl takin’ some pictures, oh, ya know just another day
We found a ton of great little nooks all around the shore. It was probably one of the most gorgeous, clear, and sunny days we have had in weeks! But, that gave us gorgeous light under the trees, until we could crawl out for the sunset
I love working with seniors, and I was so excited to take a senior shoot to the beach. What better place for a girl that loves the Summery weather?
I have to give location credit to a friend for shooting here recently, otherwise I would have been hunting for quite a while to find this spot.
Tracy Dodson is a Temecula photographer, who I’ve followed for as long as I’ve been shooting. She is one of the first photographers I would look to for advice and ask a TON of questions
I love her bright colors and beautiful bright images, I learned so so much from her!
I always like to give credit where credit is due, so – thank you Tracy!!! Thank you for the inspiration to shoot at this location!
We have yet to meet in person, but I’m hoping we can meet in the next few months.
Ok, here’s Stephanie’s senior shoot in La Jolla…
She’s gorgeous, and a natural. The light was amazing in this first spot, and Stephanie knew just what to do, and sometimes that’s just to look.

Gorgeous!

See, that light! I looove this one.

This one? My absolute favorite. Period.

Stephanie brought her friend, mom, and sister along for the shoot. So, of course – we had to take a few fun snaps!![]()

A quick outfit change, and we caught that last little bit of light…

Happy Friday!
