Caitlyn & Brett Married | Rancho Santa Fe Wedding

The most gorgeous backyard wedding. Caitlyn and Brett were married in their Church in Carlsbad, and then we headed over to the reception site in his parents backyard. It was such an amazing setting for a wedding reception; overlooking all of North County. Caitlyn’s dress had these itty bitty polka dots within the fabric, and was so delicate and perfect  for a Spring wedding. You’ll see soon that the wedding cake matches the dress. That’s just one example of the attention to detail and coordination for this couple. I waited to blog this one for a while since the main photographer, Nicole Angelo Photography knew their wedding was going to be featured. While I was just the second shooter, this was one of the most gorgeous, fun, and photographed weddings I’ve been a part of.
    As you can see, this fun and beautiful wedding was one that should be featured;

    He’s got one!

Nichole | Temecula Valley Senior Session

With all of my 2012 Temecula seniors graduates as of last week, it’s time to start sharing – and who better to share than Nichole? Nichole and her mom met with me one afternoon and brought their sweet Zoey. Now, I love when my clients bring props that help define their personality – but a to bring a puppy?!!? Can everyone bring puppies?

Meet Nichole – 2012 Temecula Valley Senior

    Seriously, her eyes glow!

Taylor | Temecula Valley Senior Session

I really have some of the best clients, I mean really!

Taylor’s senior session took place in Old Town Temecula at first and then we ended in one of my favorite spots in Murrieta. The whole session was a total breeze and as you can see, Taylor is very photogenic. I love getting to know my seniors during their sessions and being able to freeze things in time – atleast within my camera.:)

Without much more rambling, here’s Taylor – 2012 Senior Class of TVHS.

Gorgeous pics & girl! Love the yellow dress in the field.

Anna & John Married | James Irvine Japanese Garden Wedding

The day began early as I drove in to downtown LA to the Miyako Hotel, a gorgeous and classic place to start. Anna was calm and seemed to just be enjoying the day and laughing with friends. I was able to really just sit back and document the day. Anna’s details and personal touches were amazing and we couldn’t get enough of the sparkle.

You know I’m a sparkle girl.

When Anna and John worked with me on their engagement session, I had a chance to see the James Irvine Japanese Gardens for the first time. It was a lush and timeless backdrop and really is a diamond in the rough. You’d never know in the middle of little Tokyo would be this kind of a secret garden. I was thrilled to be able to be a part of this couple’s day and document such special moments. Anna and John were married in May, and as you can see – I’m a little behind on blogging. I knew I wanted to share a ton of images from their wedding  day, and I couldn’t dwindle it down any more than this! I think this might be my longest blog post ever!!

So without anymore rambling from me, please meet Mr. and Mrs. Doan!

These rose ruffles? Covered Anna’s dress. I was in love.
Lauriana’s view on these next two of the boys getting ready. Loved working with her.

The bridal party got ready at a nearby hotel and wanted to walk through Little Tokyo to get to the venue…

Anna’s dress was seriously amazing. So elegant and feminine.  Maybe I just love ruffle roses:)

Wahoooo! Mr. and Mrs. Doan! Sealed with a kiss:)

Time for one of my favorite parts to the day….
Ok, just a couple dancing pictures to show just how much fun everyone was having! It was such a great time, and I just had to share a couple!
Anna and John, thank you both so much for including me in such an important and memorable time in your lives. I loved getting to know both of you and spending this day with you.
