Las Vegas Wedding Photoshooot with Gavin Wade | San Diego Photographer

We all piled into the fan, already freezing. I immediately regret leaving my cozy uggs and warmer clothes at home. But, I was so excited to get out and take part in my first shootout.. Gavin Wade photographers were hosting a shootout in the middle of the desert during WPPI, and we had to take part! We would have a gorgeous bride and groom, as well as a fashion model to work with. With no buildings, no cars, and endless angles and sky. While checking the weather before we headed out, we knew there was a strong chance of rain. And yet, we had blue skies and sunshine – and clouds. Amazing dark and colorful clouds!!

First, meet Kate!

Just a few of Kate, I ran back over and got carried away with Brittanie and Tomas.

Here’s just half of our team from the day. We had 31!!! It was a big group, but we made some new friends (post to come later on).

Meet Brittanie and Tomas. They were our awesome subjects for this bridal shoot, and yes -  that is Brittanie’s wedding dress! It had sparkles, so I was immediately in love with it.

I think I was a bird in a past life when it comes to the sparkles thing? hm.
