F.A.Q

Here are a couple questions some have had over the past few weeks. I could ramble on and on – but I’ll keep it as short as I can.:)

What should I wear to my shoot?

Families, HERE are a few suggestions

Seniors, click HERE for a few ideas

What do you absolutely love to wear? Your favorite jeans, dress, shoes, jacket coat, accessories, boots, anything. What do you put on that you feel amazing in? Something that you will feel comfortable in is best; an outfit that you already own.
Bring it! because if you love it and it makes you feel awesome and confident –that’s going to come through in your images.
Having a great time, being goofy, modeling, and having your own personal paparazzi for the day while you look amazing? What could be better?

How many outfit changes should I have?
    Engagements at least two.
    Seniors, bring 3-4
    Portraits, bring 2-3

I like to have variety in looks within my shoots. So bring your favorite, earrings, belts, hats, dresses, heels, jeans, whatever! Whatever you love and makes you feel great, bring it!

Where do we shoot, can we go to more than one spot?
We can do up to two locations in the same day, within a 10 mile radius. I work only with natural light, meaning I depend entirely on where the sun is in the sky and how far down it has gone. Lots of travel between the first and second location means we would have to cut our time short.
Anything outside of a 20 mile radius from the 92024 will require a small travel fee.
If you’re not sure where you’d like to shoot, let me know and I’ll offer some suggestions of my favorite spots or places that would be awesome for your unique shoot and style

Do you have a travel fee?

Yes, I charge $0.50 per mile outside of a 50 mile radius from the 92024 Zip code. I do travel to and consider the Temecula and Murrieta areas as part of my coverage:)Here’s a map to better show what lies within the 50 mile radius.

When can I expect to see my photos?
After our session, I will  post a sneak peek for you to see within 48 hours, on Facebook Fan Page
Your session will be up, in a password protected online gallery within 7 days, and I will email you the link and password once it is available.

Your gallery will be available for 7 days, from the time I post it. After 7 days, it will expire and a $25 re-posting fee will be required to re-post for an additional 5 days. (one flat rate for re-posting; re-posting is always $25 for 5 days and can’t be broken down to a day-by-day price.

Do you use a hairstylist, makeup artist, or stylist for your sessions?
I only use a hairstylist. Sarah Lee from Heaven’s Salon, she comes to most shoots and is amazing!

I work with Makeup by Jules as much as I can. She is amazing and a perfectionist (which I looove). I have only used one other make-up artist once (Jodi Sanger-Weaver) for one session, you can see it HERE

I do not use a stylist. I want all of my clients to bring their own individual look to each shoot.; Wear their favorite things to make their own look.
Since my shoot primarily consist of engagements, portraits, and seniors – I want each person to wear what they love and dress to match their personality and personal style.
If a shoot calls for a little something extra, then I’ll offer some suggestions or ideas – but that’s rare since my clients can bring it, all on their own!:)

**hair stylist and makeup artist are located in the San Diego and Temecula areas.
